Caridon Property is a property services company, specialising in investment, development, residential lettings and property management.

Caridon Property was formed in 2009 and has since grown to cover the south east and south west of England offering creative and innovative social housing solutions. The company was founded by entrepreneurs, Mario Carrozzo and Abbas Alidina, to reform the housing and property needs of vulnerable individuals, councils, and landlord clients. Caridon Property has built a reputation for providing a one-stop solution, encompassing a range of services across residential and commercial property.

Ten years of ESTAS Gold.
Caridon Property has won two awards at the 23rd ESTAS Awards: Gold for the South East (Surrey) in the Lettings Agent Tenant Award, and Best in County for Surrey in Lettings (Tenants).

The ESTAS are decided entirely by tenant reviews, so this one belongs to our tenants and the teams who look after them every day.

We’re hiring a Group Maintenance Manager to lead our London repairs team.
You’ll run day-to-day repairs and void works across our London homes, manage our operatives and contractors, and sign off work before it’s handed back to residents. It’s a hands-on role, with weekly site visits to diagnose problems and check quality.

What we’re looking for:
• Experience managing repairs and maintenance in social housing, supported housing or residential property
• A practical background in building maintenance or construction
• Confidence holding teams and contractors to a high standard
• A full UK driving licence

£40,000 to £45,000 (OTE £50,000), Monday to Friday, with a company vehicle for site visits.

Today is World Homeless Day.
When people think of homelessness, they usually picture someone sleeping on the streets. But at Caridon, we see that it takes many more forms: families in temporary accommodation, children sharing one room, and people who lost their job or fled a home where they felt unsafe.
Over the last 20 years, we’ve housed more than 20,000 people, and many of them were homeless. We look at the person first, because a safe home is where every second chance begins.
Our founder, Mario Carrozzo, will share more next week.

Every week, residents at Imperial Apartments in Bristol come together to learn English. Our ESOL classes run with Bristol City Council's Community Learning team and are supported by our Community Engagement Officer, Sam Shorten. Thank you to everyone making it happen.

We're proud to share that Caridon Group has been shortlisted for Community Champion of the Year at The Negotiator Awards 2026.

This one belongs to our community engagement officers, building managers and on-site teams. Their work shapes everyday life for residents across our homes, from weekly events at the community cabin in Sutherland Quarters, Crawley, to the gyms, co-working spaces and play areas at Imperial Apartments, Bristol.

Winners will be announced on 27 November at Grosvenor House, London. Congratulations to everyone shortlisted alongside us.

After our recent win at the International CSR Excellence Awards, Your Local Guardian have published a piece on the story behind Caridon.

It goes back to 2009, when our CEO Mario Carrozzo housed a homeless friend in Croydon. Caridon has since supported over 20,000 vulnerable people, including those facing homelessness, domestic abuse survivors and families in need.
