Meet Emma!

Emma has been a loyal and much-valued member of the Clayhall Financial Services team for over 15 years. Alongside supporting the administrative team, she is Clayhall’s dedicated in-house home insurance broker, working hard to find the right cover and competitive deals for every client.

Always happy to help, Emma readily takes on new tasks, supports her colleagues and gets involved wherever she is needed. Having completed a marathon, she brings that same determination to her work: once Emma takes something on, she will give it everything she has to see it through properly.

Outside the office, Emma’s passion for fitness continues through running and swimming. She also juggles her busy career with being a fantastic mum to two children and spending treasured time with her family.

Loyal, sociable and a team player, Emma brings energy, commitment and warmth to the office, and Clayhall is extremely fortunate to have had her as part of the team for more than 15 years.

Meet Jordana! 👋

Jordana has been an incredibly valued member of Clayhall Financial Services for the past six years, working within our administration team and providing invaluable day-to-day support to our mortgage brokers.

With exceptional attention to detail and an amazing ability to juggle numerous tasks at once, Jordana plays a huge part in keeping everything organised and progressing smoothly behind the scenes. She is also fantastic at client liaison, making sure people feel informed, reassured and properly cared for throughout their journey with us. Her warmth and dedication certainly do not go unnoticed, with Jordana regularly mentioned by name in our wonderful client reviews.

Outside the office, Jordana is a proud mum to three football-obsessed boys, which means much of her spare time is spent cheering them on from the sidelines. When she is not at football, she loves musicals and enjoys any opportunity to see a great show.

Reliable, caring, organised and always ready to support those around her, Jordana is an incredible part of the Clayhall team. We truly value everything she contributes and feel very lucky to have her with us. Our google reviews seem to think so too!

Meet Adam 👋

As the youngest and newest addition to our mortgage broking team, Adam brings fresh energy, enthusiasm and a real passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Having spent the past four years building experience across mortgage compliance, administration and advice, he has developed a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the work that goes into delivering a smooth and reassuring experience for every customer.

Adam has a genuine interest in finance and is always keen to expand his knowledge, whether that means keeping up with changing mortgage criteria or getting to grips with the latest technology and systems. His confidence with tech, willingness to learn and ability to adapt quickly make him a real asset to both his customers and the wider team.

Outside the office, Adam is a keen runner and is currently preparing to take on the marathon in support of Prostate Cancer UK, a challenge that reflects his determination and commitment to making a difference.

When he isn’t training, he enjoys days, and sometimes nights, out in London, passionately supporting Arsenal and convincing anyone who will listen that he is the tallest man on earth.

Adam’s humour, energy and youthful outlook have brought something special to the office. He is great fun to work with, throws himself into everything he does and has quickly become an important and much-valued member of the team.

Meet Debbie 👋

With more than 30 years’ experience in the mortgage and protection industry, Debbie brings an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to the Clayhall Financial Services team.

Throughout her career, Debbie has developed a strong understanding of mortgage and protection administration, alongside extensive experience in compliance and the regulatory requirements that sit behind the industry.

As a Professional Mortgage and Protection Administrator, she plays an important role in making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, accurately and in line with the high standards our clients and advisers expect. With three decades in the industry, there isn’t much Debbie hasn’t come across.

Her reliability, experience and depth of knowledge make her someone the whole team can depend on, and the contribution she makes to Clayhall is something we genuinely value.

Away from work, Debbie is rarely someone who sits still for long. She loves anything creative and is a real hobby person, whether she’s sewing, making something, fixing something or turning her hand to her latest project. If there’s something practical or creative to get stuck into, Debbie will probably give it a go!

Family is a huge part of Debbie’s life and she loves spending time with those closest to her. She also enjoys walking, socialising and travelling, particularly when it means making new memories with family and friends.

We’re delighted to have Debbie as part of the Clayhall team, bringing years of industry knowledge, a brilliant eye for detail and plenty of creativity both inside and outside of work.

Meet Lee, our specialist protection adviser at Clayhall Financial Services.

With more than five years of experience in the protection industry and over a year as part of the CFS team, Lee has established himself as an invaluable source of knowledge for both our clients and colleagues.

When it comes to protection, Lee is second to none. His detailed understanding of the market, practical approach and ability to find solutions to even the most challenging circumstances make him someone the entire team can rely upon.

Lee’s contribution goes far beyond his technical knowledge. He is always willing to support those around him, share his experience and help find the right outcome for every client. Clayhall greatly appreciates the commitment, reliability and care he brings to his role, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have him as part of the team.

Outside of work, Lee is a dedicated family man with three daughters and a one-year-old son. In a household where he is largely surrounded by women, his young son has brought some welcome male support!

Lee is also passionate about fitness, particularly boxing and judo, in which he holds a black belt. When he is not training or spending time with his family, you will usually find him supporting Spurs and ready to discuss their latest performance.

Lee’s expertise, determination and willingness to help make a genuine difference to our clients and the wider CFS team. He is not only a highly skilled adviser, but also a trusted and much-appreciated colleague.

Meet Nikki 👋

Before joining Clayhall Financial Services, Nikki worked in television production, an environment that demanded organisation, adaptability, attention to detail and the ability to keep many moving parts on track at once. Those skills have proved incredibly valuable throughout her career at Clayhall.

Nikki began her journey with us in an administrative role, where it quickly became clear just how capable, dependable and naturally brilliant she was at keeping everything organised and moving forward.

As her experience and understanding of the business grew, she progressed into managing the team and is now our Head of Operations. Today, Nikki oversees the day-to-day running of Clayhall, bringing together our people, processes and standards and making sure the business continues to operate at such a high level.

She is exceptional at what she does, but what makes her truly special is how much she cares about the people around her. Nikki puts everything into supporting the team, helping individuals develop, encouraging them to do their best and making sure they feel genuinely valued.

Having worked across so many areas of the business, she brings an outstanding level of practical knowledge, calm leadership and attention to detail to the role. She is always willing to get stuck in, solve problems and do whatever is needed to support both the team and our clients.

Away from work, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs, making the most of her gorgeous garden and perfecting the most amazing sourdough.

We are incredibly proud to have Nikki leading our operations and playing such an important part in Clayhall’s continued growth. Although, if you ask the rest of the team, the homemade food she brings into the office is also one of her most valuable contributions.

Not every property purchase is straightforward, especially when leasehold requirements are involved.

In this case, a client’s purchase faced additional questions around ongoing property costs, even though the mortgage side had already been assessed and approved.

Clayhall stayed involved, helped explain the lender’s affordability process, offered further support where needed, and worked with the client and solicitor to keep communication focused and constructive.

It is a reminder that good mortgage advice is not just about securing the offer. It is also about supporting clients when the wider purchase process becomes more complicated.
