For financial services, you can complain to your finance provider, the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS), or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). For housing disrepair, you should complain to your landlord first and then, if necessary, to the appropriate ombudsman service such as the Housing Ombudsman Service in England or the Public Services Ombudsman in Wales.
