Today Transfer Tax has been reduced in Andalucia from its current levels to a flat rate of 7% on the entire purchase price..but only for purchases completed by 31st December 2021.

Stamp duty on new property has been reduced to 1.2% from 1.5%. For purchases of resale properties,
So the following savings can currently be made:
€300.000 - saving of €3.000
€500.000 saving of €6.000
€1.000.000 saving of €19.000
€2.000.000 - saving of €49.000
€3.000.000 - saving of €79.000

What is a bridging loan and what is it used for?

A Bridge loan/Bridging Loan/Caveat loan is a short-term loan, typically taken out by an individual or business for a period of 2 weeks to 3 years. Bridge loans are often used for commercial real estate purchases to quickly close on a property, retrieve real estate from foreclosure, or take advantage of a short-term opportunity in order to secure long term financing. Bridge loans on a property are typically paid back when the property is sold, refinanced with a bank.
