100% of our supported housing leases are inflation linked. That means that the lease contains a clause specifying the rent paid is uprated at regular intervals in line with a published index such as the CPI or RPI. As the income our investors receive is directly linked to the rent received, it helps them hedge inflation in a challenging investment environment without too much hassle.

In August last year, we announced that we'd reached an important milestone of £1 million in interest paid out to investors since we started. That roughly took us 3 years. Just over 10 months later, and we've reached the £2 million mark. And we've done that in 10 months of economic turmoil and uncertainty. Definitely in the Assetz Exchange office today.
