HOW DOES IT WORK?
= Group meetings every 2 weeks in person or zoom > (meetings agenda = guest speakers, book review, group discussions, networking and seminars) (Leicester)
= Daily commitment to the Morning Program (up early, personal study, pray/meditate, exercise, eat well and get ready for Work)
= Connecting to a support network
= Readers are leaders > the central part of the program is Books, studying self-development books and applying
= 5 Areas of Focus > The basis of all discussion topics, book selection, and speaker selection (Physical Health, Mental Health, Spiritual health, Financial Health, and Relationships)

THE MORNING PROGRAM
=Up early 4am - 6am (discipline)
=Pray / meditate / gratitude (spirituality) 15-30mins
=Personal study (mental health) 1 hour
=Exercise (physical health) 30mins - 1hr
=Go to work (financial health) 1hr - 8hrs
(KAIZEN) Constant improvement
