Today is 2026, and this year we’re being encouraged to "Brave the Big Talk." 🗣️
Talking about mental health doesn't have to be a "heavy" sit-down meeting. It can happen during a lunchtime walk, over a quick coffee or a simple check-in text.
How to "Brave the Big Talk" today:
1️⃣ Ask twice: If a colleague says they're fine, ask again. "How are you actually doing today?"
2️⃣ Listen without fixing: Sometimes, just being heard is the cure.
3️⃣ Share the load: If you’re the one struggling, reach out. You don’t have to carry it alone.
