Prioritising your mental health is as crucial as your physical health.

Here are our top 6 tips to remind you of how to consciously ensure you are prioritising your mental health.

1. Stand up and address negative talk and then route of where it is coming from.

2. Interrupt the repetitive and negative thought process with coping mechanisms.

3. Avoiding saying yes to things and not thinking of exactly what you want from the situation.

4. Self awareness is honouring your needs and ensuring you look out for your best interest.

5. Move your body. Exercising is incredibly important for your mind as well as you body.
Exercising 3-5 times a week is a good base to be conscious of that routine.

6. Asking for help can drastically result in a better outcome!
