Here’s 4 simple steps to boost your profits before you even get the keys.

1️⃣ Do Your Research! 🔍 Know the market value of similar properties in the area so you have a baseline to work from. This way, you’re not negotiating blindly.

2️⃣ Start Below Your Budget. 🤝 Leave room to negotiate upward but don’t reveal your maximum right away. Sellers expect some back-and-forth, so make that work in your favor.

3️⃣ Highlight Benefits of a Quick Sale. ⏱️ If you can close quickly or reduce contingencies, mention it! Sellers often prefer a smoother deal over a higher price.
