Check out the exclusive third release of Fractal - a pioneering English wine project.

This wine is a carefully crafted blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier with added richness from barrel fermented Ortega & Pinot Gris. The base wines span vintages from 2016 - 2023, undergoes secondary bottle fermentation before blending & French oak maturation.

In 1999 Peter dedicated a small spot in his vineyard to grow Blackcurrants to produce a Creme de Cassis which he used as the dosage for this wonderfully rare Kir Royale.
