Commercial Refinance £2m ✅

Qumar, one of LMS senior brokers, been liaising with an UHNW client who now wants to start to build a Buy to Let property portfolio

The UHNW client currently owns a successful business with a turnover of £14 million in the medical field.

Qumar is refinancing an unencumbered Travelodge hotel owned by the client for £2 million which, will allow the client to be extremely bullish in the property market.

By having cash at his disposal, the client will be in a position to act quickly in today's buoyant market.

Commercial Bridge ✅

Roopal Vora, is our senior commercial broker. Recently she received a call from a HNW individual who required a commercial bridge arranged urgently.

This client had his sights set on a commercial property that was due to be auctioned.

A purchase price of £1.1m was agreed and now the pressure was on to complete the transaction within the agreed timelines. Which was 3 weeks!! Roopal took swift action and secured a commercial bridge loan up to 70%LTV with the loan being serviced each month.

Needless to say, Roopal’s excellent rapport with the lenders played a role with getting this deal secured for our client

Police Mortgage ✅

Over the last year and a half Jack has been helping one of our police officer clients in repairing his credit rating and planning for a purchase of his first property with his partner.

We happily got to the stage where he found a property they liked and had an offer accepted.
