With the conflict in driving up energy prices and the rest of suffering general economical instability nothing could be scarier than the possibility of a .

An economic downslide may be inevitable at this point. According to KPMG India 86% of the CEOs believe a recession is likely in the next 12 months, however, 58 %of them think that it will be mild. Even the World bank cut down the growth forecast from 3 percent to 1.9 percent for the .

A mild recession might not be all bad and have a few treats as well. A recession makes more affordable to retail investors who are looking to hold them for the long run. Funds are redirected to more relevant segments, during recessions money is pulled out from overvalued assets. History has shown recession is followed by which yields results for investors that planned wisely during the recession.
