Bluewater portfolio company 3t Global is supporting the energy transition by upskilling workforces and delivering safety-critical training aligned to evolving industry needs. It recently hosted the North Sea Future Board, led by Energy Minister Michael Shanks at its Dyce training centre, showcasing how training supports both traditional and emerging energy roles.

By working with government, industry and partners, 3t continues to align workforce development with the future requirements of the North Sea.

Yesterday we welcomed the North Sea Future Board, led by Energy Minister Michael Shanks, to our Dyce training centre.

The visit was a great opportunity to showcase our state-of-the-art facilities and highlight how we’re supporting the energy workforce through ongoing change.

At 3t, we recognise the critical role training plays in achieving a just transition, equipping people with the technical and safety skills needed for both traditional and emerging energy roles.

We look forward to continuing to work with government, industry, customers and partners to help shape a safe, skilled and sustainable future for the North Sea.

Bluewater portfolio company IMSERV is helping UK businesses drive efficiency and make smart decisions about their energy use, supporting the transition to a more transparent and lower-carbon energy system. Its acquisition of SP Dataserve, the commercial metering and data business previously associated with ScottishPower, strengthens its capabilities, expands its presence across Scotland and the north of the UK, and adds further technical expertise, including MAP capability, to its platform. This marks an important step in building a broader, more capable business to support customers’ evolving energy data needs.
