Update on where ive been.

Client came to me in December with a really low credit score.
It wasnt through any fault of their own other than not utilising their credit cards correctly.
Forward to today.
We have spent the last month paying off bits from each card and the agreement in principle was today accepted for a 100% mortgage.
A month ago they couldn't get a mortgage with 25%!!.

Working with the right broker can save you thousands of pounds.
Although we cant predict the future.
We have a relatively good idea of what will happen with rates and getting the right advice to fix for 2 years, 5 years e.t.c can save thousands like this customer has.

Christmas has come early!!.
The Bank of England reduced rates today by 0.25% giving more stability to the market and affecting millions who
are on tracker mortgages or variable mortgages.
If you havent locked in to a new fixed rate now could be the time!!

Self employed can get a mortgage with 1 years accounts!!
You can keep your current residential property take out your deposit from it, rent it and purchase a new home. This is called a let to buy.
We can look at remortgaging 6 months before your current deal ends. No need to wait until a month before
