The Next Chapter: Miller's Rebranding Focuses on Client Centricity.

Today, we mark the next chapter in Miller’s incredible history, a new brand that reflects what makes us special. We’ve always put our clients at the heart of what we do, it’s part of what makes us great, and now is the time to put that at the centre of our story.

“Our new brand is about putting clients at the absolute centre of everything we do. We are truly passionate about the role insurance can play as an enabler of greatness and, at a time when much of our market is looking inward, distracted by consolidation and change, Miller’s renewed commitment to clients coming first is more relevant than ever. For over 120 years we’ve been finding the right solutions for our clients and matching their ambition every step of the way. Our new brand truly reflects the spirit of Miller – innovation, energy, and above all, trust. There’s so much more to come, so please watch this space.”
- James Hands, CEO, Miller.

Miller is thrilled to announce our exciting new charity partnership with the Conveyancing Foundation.

This collaboration marks a significant step in Miller's commitment to supporting the Foundation’s ongoing mission to promote wellbeing within the conveyancing sector and to support charitable causes close to the industry’s heart.

Ed Pickard, Head of UK & International Professional and Financial Risks at Miller, shared his excitement about the partnership, “Miller is incredibly proud to become a charity partner of the Conveyancing Foundation. Ensuring positive wellbeing within firms is not only the right thing to do for the people working there, but a crucial risk mitigation strategy. In our role as Professional Indemnity insurance providers, we help firms with all aspects of their risks, especially steps they can take to reduce their claims.
