Our Head of Customer Propositions, Gemma Donnelly, volunteered to speak at a virtual workshop for 15-17-year-old students taking part in Young Enterprise’s Company Programme.

Gemma’s presentation gave practical insights into how financial decisions influence businesses’ strategies. She also spoke about her own career journey, giving the students a real-world perspective on a career in the financial services sector.

To mark , Gemma shares insights on her volunteering experience, which supported the “Financial Education and Inclusion” pillar of our ESG strategy.

We’ve updated our Home Purchase Plan (HPP) criteria to better support customers purchasing a property below market value from a family member under a discounted family purchase arrangement.

Under the revised criteria, we now accept HPP applications with no minimum deposit requirements up to a maximum finance-to-value (FTV) of 75%.*

To celebrate , we’re spotlighting a group of our colleagues who volunteered at Kingsbury Water Park, a country park in Warwickshire which helps protect wildlife and natural habitats.

The team spent the day conserving the park by clearing leaves and litter picking, helping to protect biodiversity and prevent deforestation, which forms a core part of our ESG strategy.
