Let's celebrate ALL working mums and women.

The ones juggling multiple jobs.
The ones returning to work.
The ones running households.

We deserve more than just recognition. Society doesn't make it easy for a woman to spend 20 years prioritising her kids, and then start a 'career'.

We deserve equal opportunities.

Happy Birthday to me!🎈

Last night in London, Annabel’s, this mesmerising hot air balloon is a symbol of hope and inspiration in a year where the world has faced many difficulties and hardships.

I’m having one of those majorly reflective and grateful days today.

Since my late 30s and into my mid-40s, I have gone through really hard times, hurricane-like storms, and if it wasn’t for going through that, I would have never become who I was meant to be. That’s why I have such gratitude for all those storms. Otherwise, I would have been stuck being this person that was so fearful, so nervous, so unsure of who they were. Not everyone likes me, but not everyone matters.
And….I have zero regrets.❤️

In times like these, we need to take a step back and appreciate what we have.

You never know what can happen.
Everything is fine until it isn’t.
Once you know something, you can’t unknow it.
Some things are really really s**t and they should never have happened.

Love your loved ones and never take this life for granted.

You only have one life. You have to go through some pain to carry on with that life. I did it alone. I did it broke. I did it tired. I did it scared. I’m still doing it.

There is too much of everything around, too much news, too much social media, too many opinions….too much too many.

Even when you think something is completely lost and gone, never assume it’s gone forever.

NEVER give up hope.
It may resurface when you least expect it.🤍
