We asked Hash:

"What's one piece of advice that's stuck with you?"

After two decades in financial services, Hash knows the importance of staying prepared, thinking methodically, and remaining calm when markets are unpredictable. While no one can foresee every challenge, being ready to adapt and respond with composure can make all the difference.

Mental Health Awareness Week 11-17th May 2026.

We’re proud to be supporting Mental Health Foundation this week with their “Action” theme this year.

Mental health matters every day, and creating a supportive environment starts with open conversations, awareness, and access to help when it’s needed most.

We’re especially grateful for our Mental Health First Aiders who help foster a culture of empathy, understanding, and support for colleagues throughout the business.

A big thank you to everyone involved in promoting positive mental wellbeing and helping make our workplace a safe and supportive space for all.
