Important Service Update 19th March 2020
Due to the rapidly developing coronavirus emergency, we are adapting our services to ensure the safety of members and staff in line with the latest government advice, and to ensure that we are able to continue providing services to our members. Please note the following:
āŖļøFrom close of business on Friday 20th March until further notice the counter and office will be closed. We will be moving to remote working. If you need to contact us, please do so by email at [email protected].
āŖļøWe are contacting all members who rely on the credit union for cash and do not have access to a bank account or Engage Card. If you fall into this category, please contact us immediately so that we can make alternative arrangements for you.
āŖļøThe online withdrawal service will continue as normal. If you havenāt got this set up, please let us know as soon as possible.
āŖļøWe will continue to accept loan and membership applications. Where possible, please use the online service. We will be collecting post for the time being.
āŖļøAll other back office services including processing of loan repayments, payroll deductions, standing order payments, credit control and responding to email enquiries will continue.
āŖļøThe AGM scheduled for 25th March has been postponed. We will advise members of alternative arrangements as soon as possible.
āŖļøIf you have an outstanding loan and are experiencing difficulties with your repayments, please let us know as soon as possible.
We will keep members informed of any changes to these plans through the website, social media and email. Please check for further updates.
