We are confident that we can add another good quality family home to the local rental market. ⭐

This property has Japanese Knotweed so we learnt a lot about JKW whilst purchasing this property.

From June, 2020 to January 2021, this property took the longest to complete. All the challenges faced during this purchase has helped us gather valuable experience and knowledge that we are sure will be useful in our next endeavours.

Last week was extra special for our business. We welcomed tenants to our 5th property, which means our whole portfolio is now tenanted.

This gives us the freedom to expand our business.

We are not only working on buy-to-let within UK but we are also in the process of setting up serviced accommodation to cater to key workers.

All of which creates steady flow of passive income that's absolutely essential during tough times.

Another project completed for our investors. 🥁🎉

Our 5th Property is now ready to be marketed to tenants.

Our team began light refurb on this project from Mid-February.

Due to Covid-19 regulations, this project took a little longer to complete. We are very fortunate to have a competent team who jumped right to work as soon as restrictions were lifted.

Work carried out-
- Electrics and re-wire
- Boiler replacement
- Plastering and decor
- Replacing kitchen tiles
- Carpets and Vinyl

We are very happy with the quality of work and communication with our team. We remained in contact with our investors throughout this project. Open and honest conversations are always key.
