📘 30 – 30 years to build, resist, inspire. Update.
Some projects go beyond timelines.

Over the past months, our Co-CEO, Sami Jemni, has gone through a deeply personal period, marked by the loss of three members of his family. In such moments, taking time is not a delay, it’s a necessity. The release of his book has therefore been postponed to Fall 2026.

This book remains a powerful milestone: 30 years of entrepreneurship, of building, making bold decisions, overcoming challenges, and supporting talents along the way. And perhaps today, its message resonates even more strongly.

We would like to warmly thank the teams at All Blue World for their understanding, trust, and patience throughout this period.

Certaines trajectoires ne se mesurent pas seulement en années, mais en impact.

Le groupe Solal célèbre les 50 ans de Sami Jemni, Co-fondateur et Co-CEO du groupe. Entrepreneur engagé, Sami porte depuis toujours une vision novatrice de l’entreprise : créer de la valeur durable, faire émerger les talents et inscrire chaque projet dans une dynamique d'innovation utile et responsable.

Depuis ses débuts dans l’entrepreneuriat il y a plus de 30 ans, il a construit un parcours hors norme, déployé aujourd’hui sur cinq continents, à travers plus de 300 projets et plus de 70 entreprises. Mais au-delà des réalisations, c’est une constante qui s’impose : la persévérance. Celle de construire dans la durée, de traverser les cycles et de continuer à avancer, quels que soient les contextes.

Convaincu que la réussite est avant tout collective, Sami a toujours fait le choix de donner leur chance aux talents et d’accompagner des initiatives entrepreneuriales et associatives.

Cette vision, il l’a progressivement insufflée au groupe Solal, dont l’ADN repose aujourd’hui sur l’innovation, l’engagement et la capacité à se projeter dans le temps long.

The year 2026 opens in a global context shaped by multiple crises, economic, technological, climate-related, and also political, reshaping in lasting ways the balance of power and the responsibilities of economic actors. In this unstable landscape, the challenge is no longer only to anticipate, but to make clear choices, to stay the course, and to turn uncertainty into a capacity for action.

For the Solal Group, 2026 marks a new phase of acceleration. Our ongoing fundraising enables us to significantly expand our international development and to undertake large-scale projects with a structuring impact on the territories and ecosystems in which we operate.

In the coming months, we will progressively announce the arrival of leading profiles within the Group, the launch of major new projects, as well as significant recruitment initiatives across several countries, in order to support this phase of growth.

This acceleration will also be accompanied by a strengthening of our philanthropic and non-profit commitments, because growth only has meaning when it translates into positive, tangible and measurable impact for the communities we work with.

The challenges are many, and so are the responsibilities. We approach 2026 with clarity, determination and confidence, convinced that sustainable trajectories are built through collective action, high standards and consistency over time.
