LSEG hosted last week our internal innovation and technology showcase, 'Enginuity 2026', led by the Engineering teams in London and Bengaluru.

Thousands of colleagues joined in person and virtually to inspire working smarter and faster with AI. From a Market Open ceremony, visionary keynotes and an AI Experience Hub to over 100 demo stations and networking galore – the day was abuzz with inspiration, insight, connectivity, and fun.

What a month it's been at LSEG. Throughout June we celebrated Pride Month through our theme – Be Who You Are. For us, that means creating a culture where everyone feels respected, included, and free to be themselves.

Over the past month, colleagues around the world have come together through Pride marches, our market close celebration in London, colleague stories, allyship conversations, events with our partners, and our global Be Who You Are Day. We've also been raising funds for GiveOut, one of our LSEG Foundation partners throughout June.

It's been inspiring to see so many colleagues get involved and show their support for LGBTQ+ communities around the world. Pride Month may be over, but our commitment to inclusion continues every day of the year.
