πŸ“±A growing TikTok retailer needed bigger premises, but traditional lending criteria were getting in the way. With less than two years of trading history and a director who wasn't a homeowner, many lenders were unable to help.

But the business had something valuable: strong platform sales.

Senior Funding Specialist, George, secured a merchant cash advance, a solution that used their platform sales to secure the loan.

A great example of why it's worth exploring different funding options when the usual routes don't work. Well done George!

🧾 Tax pressure shouldn't stop a strong business in its tracks.

A financially healthy business hit a temporary crunch: a change to their financial year end created overlapping tax obligations. They had the cash to pay, but doing so would have wiped out the working capital needed for live projects.

Previous brokers had come back with expensive short term offers. Not good enough.

Revenue Lead, Quinlan Noble, secured a multi year term loan via LendingCrowd:

βœ… Working capital protected for ongoing projects
βœ… HMRC obligations settled with confidence
βœ… Monthly repayments structured around the business's cash flow

A temporary liquidity squeeze shouldn't define the future of a strong business. Well done, Quin!
