Expats & foreign nationals should get a Mortgage Approval Known as an AIP (Approval in principle) or DIP (Decision in principle) early in the process. Doing this as soon as they are serious about putting an offer on a property can help them secure their dream home. Why?
• Estate Agents will ask if you have your finances in place.
• Clients will want confidence in the level of borrowing they need.
• Obtaining confirmation that the type of property is suitable for a mortgage.
If you’re an Expat Overseas or have recently arrived in the UK, don’t have full residency or ILR (Indef leave to Remain) you may still qualify for an expat / foreign national mortgage and that’s even if you don’t have a great credit score.
Whether you derive income from / or are based in Gulf region, Asia, EU, Americas or ANY other worldwide locations we can help you avoid any surprises.
