Joint and several liability notices for repeated insolvency and non-payment cases 👀

Directors/shareholders/shadow directors who repeatedly place companies into liquidation where HMRC's debt is over £10k and makes up more than 50% of the creditor pool, may be subject to a liability notice. 😱

This is another weapon in HMRC's armory in the fight against tax avoidance/evasion. It makes the claims more direct and simpler than the tools which are currently available to insolvency practitioners.🔫

When HMRC will issue a joint and several liability notice to individuals who have been involved with companies which have become insolvent and have a tax liability with HMRC.
