We are over the moon to announce the launch of our new Liquidity Fund, which is backed by our anchor partner Luna Wealth.

This $50 million fund will be headed by Partner Alexei Tuknov and provide liquidity solutions to early-stage shareholders and investors wishing to realise early value in high-growth technology companies.

The Fund significantly enhances the Sova VC platform of services and will provide flexible solutions to the direct secondary market, allowing shareholders to realise early returns.

Alexei has a wealth of experience as a VC investor, having previously led the investment team at Maxfield Capital and executed over 60 international transactions.
We are very excited to welcome him to the team.
