Based in North Greenwich, this iconic destination is now home to one of our new innovative currency machines to provide tourists, visitors and shoppers alike the convenience of being able to exchange currency during opening hours.

The machine is located next to Guest Services (under the escalator for the entrance to Outlet Shopping at The O2).

Exchanging your currency could not be easier and can be completed in these 5 simple steps:

• Place currency (cash) into machine and confirm amount and rate of exchange
• Machine issues GBP (cash) and receipt of transaction

Our cash to cash currency machine is the first of its kind in country and the pilot scheme is based within Excess Baggage at London Waterloo Station.

Within this podcast our Director Kaya Niedenthal talks about the benefits of the machine; the security and compliance factors, as well as the simplicity of using the machine.
