1. Lenders will typically want to see 3 months worth of bank statements, this is to understand your outgoings.
2. Credit score - this assists lenders in understanding you and past history in terms of debt/borrowings.
TIP: if you have any unused store cards, if you cancel these beforehand it may help improve your credit score.
