🏠 My Smarter Payments Story
I spent six fantastic years with a leading independent payments provider, progressing from Business Development Manager through to Regional Manager. It was a brilliant environment that gave me the opportunity to grow professionally and build some incredible relationships along the way.
After a period with another major payments organisation, I realised that while the package was attractive, I missed being part of a close-knit team with a strong culture and shared vision. I wanted to be somewhere that felt collaborative, ambitious, and genuinely focused on helping both customers and colleagues succeed.
When I was introduced to Smarter Payments, it quickly became clear that this was exactly the kind of business I had been looking for. I joined in January 2026 and haven't looked back.

The business is growing rapidly, with the launch of innovative solutions including our mobile app, Pay by Link, Crypto Pay and Smarter POS Intelligence. It's exciting to be part of a company that's constantly looking for new ways to help businesses improve their payment experience and operate more efficiently.
☀️ A Day in My Life
No two days are ever the same, and that's exactly how I like it. My role focuses on supporting independent merchant services sales across multiple UK territories, working with hospitality, retail and service-based businesses.
I spend my time meeting business owners, reviewing their current payment arrangements and helping them identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency and access solutions that genuinely work for their business.

Outside of work, I'm a qualified life coach, and that has a huge influence on how I approach leadership and business. I'm passionate about personal development and helping others achieve their goals, both professionally and personally.
For me, success isn't just about results; it's about helping people grow, develop confidence and create opportunities for themselves. That's the part of the job I find most rewarding.
