Glorydale Merchant Services is a Payment Facilitator (PayFac) with a direct License from Visa and MasterCard. We are also a large stakeholder of an Acquirer in South America. To operate either of them entities as a Card Processor in conjunction with Soft-Pos, we also had to have our own Payment Institution License from Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Along with the Data Protection License, we a
lso have the Consumer Credit License with the FCA. As our software handles the full Card details of each and every Card, and also settles money between Card-Issuer via the Core-Processor, therefore, we had to have our own PCIDSS License. We have the CPoC License to operate Contactless Soft-Pos via our own Software-House, and it is internationally certified with various Governing Bodies. To ensure that our Contactless Soft-Pos program works with optimum efficiency to satisfy the Governing Bodies, hence, we had to own our very own Payment Gateway. Furthermore, we have the BaaS license, this means that we can issue our own branded Bank Accounts to anyone without the need to take decisions from others. Along with many other Licenses, we also provide our Contactless Soft-Pos to a number of Acquirors with various layers of watertight protection under SaaS License. If anyone obtains an ISO License from us, then he can board Merchants from anywhere around the World. This is because our PayFac/PSP license will enable our ISOs to board Merchants from anywhere around the World. This is due to the fact that a PayFac/PSP can roam around the entire World without having worries of Territory Breach.
