Issue of Equity
NQ Minerals Plc (NEX: NQMI) (OTCQB: NQMLF), an Australia-based exploration and mining company, is pleased to announce that it has issued a further 1,000,000 ordinary shares for AUD$100,000 at 10c per share and 408,334 ordinary shares for AUD$49,000 at 12c per share, for a total of 1,408,334 new ordinary shares.
Following the issue of the new shares, the Company has 266,013,421 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in issue, each carrying the right to one vote.
The above figure of 266,013,421 should be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
