I'm delighted to say we have completed on another investment property today.

It was tough to get this one over the line, but we never gave up.

2022 was a frustrating year for us in terms of getting property purchases over the line. We were close, but no cigar.

However, we have kept our heads down, and have another purchase in progress 🤞, and have eyes on the market for potential deals.

In other news our vacant HMO rooms don't stay vacant long. The last one filled in a matter of days. There is huge demand for rooms in London.

Just finished reading this and recommend it.

Interesting to understand that the spending power of the pound is diminishing over time.

Property investment is a way to combat this.
