Monday’s are for due diligence 📑

We’re working the numbers for some potential deals we have lined up.

For each deal, we conduct 45 pieces of research to ensure our investors get an accurate picture of our investment opportunities.

These 45 pieces of research include:
🌖 20 properties currently on the market (using the mean asking price)
🌖 20 properties that have been ‘sold’ in the last two years (using the mean purchase price)
🌖 5 Estate Agent valuations for when the property is refurbished to an A1 standard (using the mean of these five figures)

This process is time-consuming and admittedly tedious, but is the most important stage as sourcers.
We need investors to be assured that our research precisely predicts the returns a property can offer.
