As a Marketing & Social Media Assistant you will manage the organisation's online platforms by developing a strategy, producing good content, analyzing usage data, facilitating customer service and managing projects and campaigns.

You will be responsible for developing creative and engaging social media strategies, manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapting content to suit different channels as well as overseeing, planning and delivering content across different platforms using scheduling tools creating engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.

You are a creative individual.

You are confident with technology and a social media guru. (like you are aware of social media trends and may have even caught the TikTok fever!)

You have great written and verbal communication skills.

You can have some prior experience working in as a social media assistant – (or an aspiring influencer!)

You like to be busy and get a buzz when there’s lots to do.

You are good at building relationships - maybe you’re that person that’s mates with everyone!

You’re super organised and not afraid to show it.

If you’ve got it flaunt it (if not Google it!)

If you an artist or have a background in graphic design, that's a bonus!! (not essential)

If you've got experience in the above, that's ace, but don't worry if not, it's not essential to the role. We build people to their maximum capacity, good attitude will always determine your altitude!
Contract length: 6 months

As a Account Manager Trainee, you will contribute to the success of the company by spotting opportunities to make it bigger and better! By building relationships with new and existing clients and talking the good talk about genio global products, you'll enjoy a fast-paced role that will keep you on your toes!

You will be demonstrating products to potential clients, answering any questions they might have and giving them the correct pricing. You’ll make sure you’ve researched the client in advance so you know who they are and what they might be looking for.

Once a new client is on board (congrats!) you will look after them and make sure they are happy with the product, there may be opportunities to offer other products too, so keep your eyes on the ball!

Liaising with the Head of Account Management you’ll be assisting to create personalised sales plans for your best clients and you’ll be reporting back on how your accounts are doing.

What makes a great genio global team member?

You definitely love a chat and feel confident talking to all kinds of people on the phone and via email.

You are confident with technology and explaining how things work to others. (like when you have to explain your iPhone to your nan!)

You have great written and verbal communication skills.

You might have some prior experience working in sales - or perhaps you’ve worked in a shop or convinced a mate to buy the latest pair of Nikes!

You like to be busy and get a buzz when there’s lots to do.

You are good at building relationships - maybe you’re that person that’s mates with everyone!

You’re super organised and not afraid to show it.

Experience in sales and customer service (Not essential)
