London’s (& UK’s) housing problem is no mystery 🙃⁣

Why? Because we’re not building enough homes. It’s that simple 🤷 ⁣Supply is not meeting demand 🤷
⁣
The government refuses to act, so I’m stepping in 🤓⁣
⁣
The struggle for me is that the loudest voices complaining about affordability are the same ones blocking my planning applications time after time 😡⁣

We can’t fix a crisis while rejecting the solutions 🤷🏼‍♀️⁣

Anyway, rant over. Back to submitting another application, someone has to keep trying 🤥⁣
