Mantra Commercial were mandated by an existing client to assist with the purchase of a commercial unit in Poole.🏢
Acquiring the unit through a new SPV, our client had a tight window of five weeks to complete due to the property being purchased via a well-known auction house. By leveraging the strong relationships Mantra has formed with our key professional partners, we managed to get from application to offer within just 2 working days, with the associated professionals instructed immediately thereafter. We successfully navigated through valuations and legals, meeting the tight deadline and ensuring the client completed on an investment facility instead of a traditional bridging loan for auction purchases.
