The Bank of England has held the base interest rate at 3.75% yesterday.

Inflation has risen to 3.3% and is expected to increase further
Ongoing issues in the Middle East are pushing up energy prices
This could lead to higher household bills and wider price increases

💡 What it means:
Rates are on hold for now, but there’s still uncertainty ahead. The Bank is focused on bringing inflation back down to its 2% target over time.
