It's been a brilliant few weeks at Acre!

We've been out on the road meeting clients and partners across the country, including The Right Mortgage and Protection Network's Roadshow and Chartwell Funding Limited's Annual Charity Cricket Day, as well as a trip to the University of Cambridge to talk to students about career opportunities at Acre and ClearScore.

We also brought the whole team together for our H1 offsite, celebrating a fantastic first half of the year and getting stuck into our plans for H2.

To top it off, we ran our first ever "Claudathon", two days of hard work from the team (and Claude!) that produced some very exciting new initiatives. Congratulations to our winning Claudathon team and a huge thank you to the whole team for making H1 such a success!

With a background across financial advice technology, Jack brings a breadth of knowledge into how advisers work across mortgages, protection and wealth and how technology can genuinely make life easier.

Meet John, a Frontend Engineer here at Acre.

John joined us just over a year ago after graduating from the University of Leeds, bringing with him early experience from the consulting world and eagerness to bring these skills to make an impact at a startup.

John joined Acre to have more ownership and impact in his work, building exciting new features, collaborating closely with our engineering, design and product teams.

When he’s not shipping frontend magic, you’ll probably find him climbing, baking (usually bread!), or training for a marathon.

We’re excited to share that Acre has expanded its integration with Nationwide!

This upgrade means that Acre is the first CRM to bring the full mortgage application process into its system, saving brokers time and helping homebuyers get their keys quicker, helping us move towards a one-click mortgage application.

Andy Tilsley, Nationwide’s Head of Intermediary Digital, said: “This is a great milestone to achieve, brought about through collaboration at pace. Making it simpler for brokers and saving them time remain key objectives for us. Whilst this is fantastic news, we are not resting on our laurels and will be continuing to make further enhancements to benefit brokers.”

We’re excited to announce the launch of Acre’s new AI-driven compliance and workflow functionality, designed to help advisors stay aligned with mortgage regulation while dramatically reducing administrative burden throughout the advice journey.

Reuben Thompson, VP of Product Innovation at Acre, explains:
“Broker admin has always posed a challenge and is an area ripe for disruption by AI. With these new workflow and compliance tools, we are delivering real world time savings coupled with meaningful, AI-driven improvements to our already best-in-class compliance functionality. Our proprietary technology understands the difference between what a broker says and what their client does, which generic LLM-based systems cannot.”

At Acre, we’re committed to delivering technology that empowers brokers, enhances accuracy, and streamlines every step of the advice journey, while ensuring client data is fully protected and secure at every stage.

These new features are already being piloted by a select group of early-adopter clients, with a wider rollout planned over the coming months.
