📖 The most recent chapter in Williams Denton’s 100 year history began just a year ago, with the acquisition of Hawley and Company on 31 October 2025.
Based in Trinity Square, Llandudno, Hawley and Company had built a strong reputation over many years. The acquisition brought together two firms with a shared commitment to excellent, personal service, with the Hawley and Company team joining us at our Llandudno office.
Geoff Hawley stayed on in a consultancy role for 12 months, helping to ensure continuity for his clients and a smooth handover of those relationships. With that year now complete, it’s time to say thank you and goodbye to Geoff.
💬 Reflecting on his time with us, Geoff said:
