I’ve been quiet on my social media for a little while as I have issues in my personal life I’ve had to deal with. We take for granted our loved ones and feel at times they’re indestructible, then comes the shock when health issues arise and reality hits that everyone is vulnerable.

I’d like to share this post and something I will always tell people, especially the younger generation. Time is precious. Once it’s gone, it’s gone. It’s a something we take for granted and once it’s gone, you can’t get it back.

Use your time wisely on your goals, relationships but most importantly your loved ones. Both of my grand dads are dealing with their own battle and it’s hit home.
