When you deal with Build Capital, you're dealing with the business owner from the first call to completion.

Wonderful, I assume you're thinking, so what?

I'd sent a developer a quote. Competitive rate, good lender. Heard nothing back.

Turned out he'd been offered a lower rate elsewhere and assumed it was the better deal.

It wasn't. Taking that lower rate would have cost him £30,000 more.

Everyone in this industry knows that rate isn't the same as cost. But headline rate is what often wins business.

I've no dog in the fight — I don't care who funds it as long as it works for you.

If you've got a quote and want a second opinion, send it over. If I can't beat it, I'll tell you.
