We'd like to extend a warm welcome and introduce you to Simon and Joe who have recently joined our Marches Ironmongery Goods In and From The Anvil Warehouse teams! 👋

Warehouse team members' main responsibilities are picking and packing orders for dispatch to both customers nationwide, and abroad, as well as receiving goods in and undertaking a wide variety of other tasks in and around our extensive warehouse set up and operations.

Meet Danniella 👋. Danniella joined our team in March 2026 as a Customer Service & Sales Coordinator for From The Anvil.

“The company immediately stood out as a great place to work, offering the right environment to develop my career and the workplace qualities I was looking for.”

After graduating from Aberystwyth University with a Genetics degree, Danniella went on to work in banking, and then in sales for a GRP company prior to joining Marches. Her role today is centred around receiving customer queries and resolving challenges, ensuring customers receive the excellent service and aftercare we are known for, alongside assisting the Internal Sales Team in processing enquiries and orders for our wide ranging From The Anvil customer base.

“I am really enjoying this role as the team is fantastic and very supportive. Helping our customers is incredibly rewarding, and the variety keeps every day interesting. I’ve felt very welcomed since joining, which has meant a lot, especially after a life change moving from South Wales.”
