This year has been challenging to say the least for many, for my family and myself. But we are still open for business and helping property owners out of their problem property.

Take this recent example.. the building on the picture has been shut for the past 12 years! The owner was about to sell it through auction but deep down, really wanted to sell it quickly. We made the offer and concluded missives 3 weeks later!

Scaffold is now up, and we'll bring it back into good use for the benefit of the community.
