Flat 3

Things are moving along now with Flat 3:

Rip out done
Certificate of Lawfulness approved
New doorways knocked through
1st Fix electrics in progress
1st fix plumbing about to start

Next need to arrange plastering and the Joiner!

Project Mapperley Park update

Utilities!! A property developers thorn in their side!!

But there is progress! New Gas connections being run in this week, new Water connections being switched on next week!!

Once all the independent services are run in, I can start prepping for the title split, will be my first time doing that, so hoping its not too much hassle....Who am I kidding! Of course it will be! We take deep breaths and keep grinding away!!

Project Mapperley Park Update

So after the mother of all delays the new windows are finally here and being installed!

UPVC Sash on the front to maintain the character of the building, expensive but worth it.

They will still have a lot to do, but so far its looking good. Once they are finished, the outside will be painted so really should made a huge difference to the front of the building and its value!
