On 27th jan this client found his dream house, 2 days later he had his firm mortgage offer, yesterday he got the keys to his first home. I believe from the size of the bouquet, posh wine snd chocolate that hes happy with the service i provide. Hope hes very happy in his new home ###

Does anyone fancy being on tv, filming is set to take place next Wednesday 10th August. feeling all saintly :-) just helped a client who was in tears as her mortgage deal has ended and her new monthly payments on her £150k mortgage were increasing from £710 a month to £835. have just found her a mortgage deal at 1.49% fixed reducing her payments to £599 pm. shes still in tears but they are happy ones. I Love these kinds of mortgages ###

todays saving is £244 on a £156k mortgage, remortgaging ( no fees what so ever) from 4.99% standard rate to a fixed rate of 2.09%. Anyone who has finished their mortgage deal and gone onto standard variable rate, please let me see how much I can save you as you are throwing money away. x £2928 a year in this case !!!!! xx

saving of the day £185.84 a month on a £100k mortgage.
he was on 4.99% fixed I have found a fees free deal of 1.89% and hes borrowed a little extra to get his girlfriend an engagement ring for Christmas.im sure the extra £2230 he saves this year will help towards the honeymoon. ###
