We are Enterprise Credit Union, a financial co-operative for people in Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St Helens, Wirral, Halton and the Warrington Boroughs of Merseyside. We’re all about helping local people by providing financial services that are fair and simple. We offer saving accounts and loans that make managing your money, and your life, easier. We reinvest the money that we make back into our credit union and return any surplus back to you, our members. We are dedicated to you. Enterprise Credit Union membership is open to the people who live or work in the boroughs of Knowsley, Liverpool and St. Helens. 📢 Member Notice: Payment Delays [Update - 3:30pm, 9 October]

The Co-operative Bank has provided a further update, confirming that the cause of the issue has now been identified and progress is being made towards restoring services.

We're still awaiting confirmation of when services will be fully restored and will keep you updated as soon as we know more 💜

The Co-operative Bank has confirmed that its technical teams have identified the issue affecting its business banking services and are working to restore services as quickly as possible.

Further updates are expected, including more information on delayed payments.

We'll continue to keep you updated as soon as we know more. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding 💜

📢 Member Notice: Payment Delays

We’re aware that some payments due into accounts this morning may be delayed.

This is due to a technical issue currently affecting The Co-operative Bank’s online banking service, which means we’re currently unable to access today’s incoming payment information.

Please be assured that all current balances remain available and this does not affect our ability to send payments out. The issue is only affecting members who are expecting a payment into their account today.

The Co-operative Bank has confirmed that its engineering teams are working to resolve the issue and hope to have services back to normal as soon as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while this is resolved. We’ll continue to monitor the situation and share a further update as soon as we have more information.
