• A new First-Time Buyer ISA to replace the Lifetime ISA.
• A new Founders' Relief, introducing a 10% tax rate on lifetime gains up to £10m for business founders.
• Tax rate on property and savings income to increase by 2%.
• ISA limits remain the same and reduction to Cash ISA allowance scrapped.
• No changes to dividend taxation or taxes on employment income.
• £20.4bn of additional funding for the National Wealth Fund and British Business Bank to support investment in growing UK companies.
