ANOTHER CLASSIC!

Next on the "classic film" watch list was the original Karate Kid. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but I got eye-rolls, questions about "why there was no karate", and complaints it was "too old."

Clearly, some lessons in life still need learned... wax on, girls, wax off! 🥋😂

BANK HOLIDAY SUNDAE...
..BOY IT'S A HOT ONE 🥵

A visit to the North Coast means an obligatory visit to Cream on the Coast for a sundae and it sure did deliver!

We also managed a bit of crab fishing and Olivia found the biggest "adventure stick" ever. It also manged to make it's way into the boot 🤣

WHAT CAN I SAY...

After months of talking a big game, Duncan and Chris finally laced up the boots for the charity football match in aid of the AMAZING Walk a Mile in My Boots

Reports confirm they are both still alive… although walking like two men who’ve spent 90 minutes fighting Mike Tyson in his prime. Hamstrings gone, knees creaking, lungs questioning every life choice they've 1made since 2004.

Despite the aches, pains and clear lack of pace, it was all worth it for a brilliant cause, great craic and fantastic support from everyone involved.

Recovery now underway with ice packs, deep heat and a few beers. ⚽😂

..LEGS ARE FEELING IT TODAY!

The first ever Fusion Fitness games was a punisher but what great craic as well. Finished it in 57 minutes and 40 seconds and feel every second today 🤣 A great partner in David Watson as well. He put it best..."not bad for a pair of 42 year olds"
