Welcome to Payment Plans All Year round. I'm the group owner Lily-Mai Stevens. Feel free to PM me anytime.
To set up a payment plan please comment on the pictures pf the items you want.
You can pay from as little as £3 a week and can pay weekly/fortnightly and monthly. Your plan can end on any date it all just depends on when you need the items for.
You can pay by bank transfer or standing order.
All prices include signed for postage unless otherwise stated. I do say allow at least a week for your delivery to arrive through out the year. In the month of November and December you are looking at waiting a few more days due to slow postal services.
Once an item has been added to a plan it can be removed but the money paid towards the Item either come off your plan or towards another item you will not be refunded.
No items will be posted out to you until the payment plan has finished.
If you need to miss a payment here and there that is fime but If a plan goes three weeks without any payments being made it will be cancelled especially if I have not heard anything from you or had any contact.
Should you wish to cancel your plan or it gets canelled due to non payment and no contact then none of the money you've paid so far will be refunded. Sorry for this rule but but it takes a lot of time to set up a payment plan and for me to keep on managing it till the items get dispatched and I put in a lot of hours and work very hard as you can imagine.
Once you receive the items you have 7 days to inform me of any damaged or faulty items - If after 7 days you contact me to say something does not work there is then nothing I can do. If the item is for Christmas or a Birthday and the item won't be used until after the 7 day period again there is nothing I can do, i do advise once you have received them to open them and make sure everything is ok.
Anyone who sets up a payment plan will be advised of the terms listed here and this will be the the binding contract between my self the owner and you the cutomer.
