As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a Client Services Administrator to join us at Stepping Stones Financial Planning.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing independent financial planning firm where people matter, both our clients and our team. You'll play a key role in supporting advisers, looking after clients and helping us maintain the high standards of service that our clients have come to expect.
The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive, detail-focused and comfortable working in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
Whilst previous experience within financial services or financial planning would be advantageous, we're also keen to hear from individuals with backgrounds in conveyancing, legal services, accountancy or other professional administrative roles, where accuracy, communication and client care are central to the role.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong eye for detail and takes pride in producing accurate work
• Enjoys working as part of a close-knit and supportive team
• Is committed to delivering exceptional client service
• Is looking to build a long-term career within a professional and growing business
